Basic Refund and Return policy

1. All goods can be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving the goods.

2. The goods may not be accepted if they have been opened, tampered with or damaged.

3. Goods may also be swapped for alternative products

4. The cost for the return and or refund of the goods will be for the buyers account.

5. Any goods purchased, where the terms from the seller are based on a full refund, the goods can be opened, however if more than 10% of the product, per good, is used. this term of refund is nullified.

6. With reference to 5. above, regarding to a full refund, if the packaging is damaged or the request for full refund is made, seven days after the day of purchase, then this term of refund is nullified.
